Summary: As you may have read I am one of 6 finalists in the Bulla Cream Team competition and I will be off to Melbourne to cook off with George Calombaris!!!! So of course today’s cocktail is creamy! Irish Cream is such a holiday favourite and it makes a great gift. It mellows and changes over time so make sure to keep tasting…..This should last about 4 weeks in the fridge but use common sense, if it smells or looks strange ditch it. Keep it in the fridge and shake well before serving (it will separate a bit).
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Irish whiskey
- 395g can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup Bulla cream
- 2 tblsp chocolate syrup
- 2 tsp instant espresso
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
Instructions
- Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a clean 1L bottle, make a use by label dated for 30 days out and store in the fridge.
- Pour yourself a little glass to ‘taste test’ and ENJOY the weekend!!!!!!
