Summary: There’s no two ways about it, you’re going to love this! And you can be queen of brunch. Or Breakfast. And if you have house guests, this will make the hostess with the mostess! I made this to go on brioche toast. I know, super indulgent but Mums local Foodland sells brioche and Mum often grabs some for me. But this would be awesome on scones, banana bread, croissants, fruit loaf or English muffin bread. Or pancakes or waffles. You get the idea….This is actually, literally heaven on toast! If you have house guests this Christmas, you know you have to make this! But you’d best make a quick batch now, just to test that it’s good. And if you want to eat all of it over the draining board (no time for plates!) before anyone gets home, I promise I won’t breathe a word.
