Summary: OMG! I never thought this would improve my pancake experience THIS much but it does!
Ingredients
- 125g salted butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tblsp milk
Instructions
- Add everything to a mixer and beat for 10 mins until fluffy.
- Serve on pancakes or waffles
Quick notes
If you are not using your whipped butter straight away, it can be chilled but remove from the fridge about 40 mins before you wish to use.
