Ingredients
- 4 slices sourdough bread, toasted
- 80g cream cheese
- 1 bunch broccolini
- 1 tsp garlic olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamic glaze
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh Parmesan, grated
Instructions
- Chopped the broccolini into large pieces and microwave for 3 mins or until crisp tender. Stir through the garlic oil and balsamic glaze.
- Spread the cream cheese over the bread and top with the broccolini. Add black pepper & Parmesan to taste.
