If you find yourself with soft fruits like strawberry, banana, peach, apricot and plum going soft and not getting eaten, why not freeze them?
Bananas can be frozen whole in skins, strawberries whole but hulled and stone fruits in slices.
Then all you need is a blender and your fave yoghurt for lovely cold smoothie, milkshake or cocktail (think frozen mango daiquiri) no ice required!
