Ingredients
- Soy Sauce
- A dash of vinegar (rice wine if you have it or plain white if not)
- Pinch sugar
- A few drops of sesame oil
- Crushed garlic, Chilli and Ginger to taste
- Lemon juice
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Mix everything but the seeds together. I haven’t given firm measurements as it’s all a matter of taste. I use the marinade as my cooking sauce (just make sure you cook it out as it has had raw chicken in it) and add the sesame seeds.
