It can be so hard to come up with a nice menu that is simple and easy, so I have put together a festive feast that is fuss free. Everything can be made the day before except the duck itself and I would suggest making the cob on the day but ahead of time. Links with the recipes are in blue, just click.
Start with Sparkling Sangria and Fondue Cob Dip to whet the appetite……
And move into a tasty starter of Cheese and Leek Tartlets
Followed by easy yet sumptious Duck Breast with Cherry & Red WineSauce with Potato and Parsnip Mash
And round it all out with the blissful Summery Strawberry Tart
After that sit back and relax, all the work is done xxx
