Ingredients
- 1 cup of grated hard cheese (chedder & parmesan together is my fave)
- 3 tblsp soft butter
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- A good pinch each salt, pepper and cayenne
- Approx 24 pitted olives (green, black or stuffed)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 C
- Mix everything but the olives together until it forms a dough. You may need to add a little more butter or flour to get the right texture.
- Then wrap about a teaspoon of mix around an olive until the olive is covered in dough with no olive showing.
- Bake at 180deg for about 15mins or browned.
- Serve warm or cold with drinks, makes about 24

I always make two batches as these go quick!
Variations
I love stuffed green or chilli olives in this recipe.
