Ingredients
- Bananas
- Spring roll wrappers
- Nutella
- Water
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut the banana in half length ways and in half width ways to form 4 short banana fingers.
- Roll each piece of banana in a spring roll wrapper, sealing any edges with a little water.
- Cover the unused spring roll wrappers with a damp tea towel while you work to prevent them drying out.
- Once wrapped these can be stored in layers separated with baking paper, in an airtight container in the fridge until needed.
- Deep or shallow fry till crispy on the outside and serve with a generous spoon of nuttella.
