Summary: I just adore berries, especially blackberries. So when I saw blackberries on sale, I had to make a blackberry cocktail. I think this would work okay with frozen berries too. This fruity cocktail would make a perfect brunch cocktail.
Ingredients
- 600ml Champagne or Australian Sparking White
- 1/3 cup of blackberries
- 120ml crème de cassis
- 1/2 lime, juiced and zested
- 1/2 cup blackberry or crranberry juice
Instructions
- Place blackberries in a large jug with the crème de cassis and toss to coat. Using a muddler or wooden spoon, crush berries into the crème de cassis.
- Add the blackberry and lime juices and zest, stir to combine.
- Pour the Champagne or Australian Sparkling White into the jug and stir gently.
- Pour into cocktail glasses and ENJOY the weekend xxxxx
