Summary: I could eat Greek yoghurt everyday and you should all know about my obsessive devotion to cherries. Here I bring these two loves together with maple syrup and almonds. This is a fabulous breakfast, snack or dessert and is made in seconds.
Ingredients
- Per person
- 2/3 cup Greek yoghurt (low/no fat okay)
- 1 1/2tblsp maple syrup
- 15 pitted cherries
- 1 tblsp chopped nuts
Instructions
- Layer the yoghurt, maple syrup and cherries into a 1 cup capacity glass.
- Drizzle the top with maple syrup, sprinkle with nuts and garnish with a whole cherry.
Variations
You could make this with frozen cherries that have been thawed or with any fruit you like
