Summary: Really not a health food but heaven all the same!
Ingredients
- 400g chocolate (I use half dark and half milk)
- 1 tblsp butter
- 2 tblsp golden syrup
- 150g peanut butter
- 50g unsalted chopped peanuts (I use the kind you put on icecream)
- 50g salted peanuts
- 3 cups rice bubbles
Instructions
- Line a lamington tin with baking paper.
- In a large bowl, add nuts and rice bubbles.
- Melt the chocolate, butter and golden syrup in a double boiler or in the microwave.
- Whisk peanut butter in to chocolate and pour into rice bubble mix.
- Stir well to combine, you may need to get your hands in and smoosh it all together.
- Press into lined tin and chill. Remove from tin and cut into squares or bars or whatever shape you like.
