Summary: A delicious classic that I love but sadly Mr Ask is not a fan. As I only ever ice a few cupcakes with this, I eat the leftovers on toast!
Ingredients
- 250g cream cheese, softened
- 60g butter, softened
- 125g icing sugar, sifted
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Please sift the icing sugar, I so rarely ask you to but it just won’t beat in right if you omit this step.
- Using a mixer or beaters, beat the cream cheese and butter until well combined and creamy.
- Add the vanilla and then add the icing sugar in batches. Beat until well combined and nice and fluffy.
