Ingredients
- 60ml gin
- 60ml lemon juice
- 1 egg white (makes bubbles last but can be omitted if you don’t like the idea)
- Champagne or Sparkling Australian White
Instructions
- Mix gin, lemon juice and egg white, if using.
- Shake on ice and drain into a tall glass.
- Top with Champagne or the more likely Australian sparkling white.
