
Summary: I’ve always loved a good everything bagel but I’m kind of obsessed with this bagel seasoning. It’s just so good on everything! With hummus or avocado toast, cream cheese on cruskits, on salads or steamed veggies. It adds so much flavour but all those seeds add extra nutrition too.
I’ve put the quantities for both a small and large batch. Just mix everything together & throw it in a jar. I always make a large batch & split it with my mum & sister. Next time I think I’ll double it because we go through it so quick!
Ingredients
Small Batch – Makes approx 1 cup
- 35g white sesame seeds
- 15g minced dried onion
- 28g garlic granules
- 25g black sesame seeds
- 15g poppy seeds
- 22g pink Himalayan salt flakes
Large Batch – Makes approx 3 cups
- 100g white sesame seeds
- 40g minced dried onion
- 85g garlic granules
- 80g black sesame seeds
- 40g poppy seeds
- 65g pink Himalayan salt flakes
