Ingredients
- 200g roasted red capsicum, chopped(jar is fine)
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 500g cheese, crumbled
- 100ml olive oil (use the oil from the capsicums if you have it)
- 2-3 lemons, juiced
Instructions
- Add everything to the food processor and process till smooth.
