Ingredients
- 300ml cream
- 200ml sweetened condensed milk
- 2 lemons, juiced and zested
- Yellow gel food colour, if desired
Instructions
- Add the cream, zest and milk and beat in a mixer (or with electric beaters) until soft peaks.
- Add lemon juice and food colour (if using) and whip till thick.
- Place mousse in serving glasses and chill till serving.
- Serves 2 people generously but can be easily doubled or tripled.
