Ingredients
- 3/4 cup castor sugar
- 1 cup full cream milk
- 2 cups cream
- 200gm lemon curd plus extra
Instructions
- Whip the milk and sugar together with electric beaters or in a mixer for a couple of mins or until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the cream and lemon curd and beat until combined. Chill until very cold.
- Pour into an ice cream maker and process to manufactures directions. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, click here.
- Layer the ice cream in to a container with dollops of lemon curd.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer for 2-4mths.
