Summary: Such a lovely tangy icing or cake filling that makes a cake something special. I’ve used it here on a plain lemon cake and it’s an amazing combo. You can by the lemon curd premade or use my Lemon Curd recipe to make your own.
Ingredients
- 125g butter, softened
- 250g icing sugar
- 3 tblsp lemon curd
Instructions
- Beat the butter and icing sugar together and add the lemon curd.
- Allow to beat for up to 10 mins until pale and fluffy.
- Pipe or smooth onto cake.
