Summary: All I need is a few warm days and my mind turns to ice cream. I am always up for maple syrup but I tend to pair it with more wintery, cinnamony things but this is divine! Please use real maple syrup, NOT maple flavoured syrup, they are very different things. I know it’s quite expensive but it is very much worth it.
Ingredients
- 600ml cream
- 125ml whole milk
- 250ml maple syrup
- Pinch salt
Instructions
- Whisk everything together until well combined.
- Pour into an ice cream maker and process to manufactures directions. If you don’t have an ice cream maker and want to give a go, click here.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer for 2-4 mths.
