Summary: Light as air and easier than you think!
Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup castor sugar
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
Instructions
- Beat the egg whites and cream of tartar on high and add sugar slowly, until glossy and the consistency of firm whipped cream.
- Pipe on to a lined tray.I cooked them at 150C for 1 and bit hrs (they shouldnt pick up any colour till the last 10mins and should look and sound dry) and dry overnight on a cooling rack
