Summary: I love a good strong black coffee but I adore my teas too. There is something so civilized about a cup of tea in the afternoon, this is wonderful and minty and finishes a meal nicely. All the better if you grow your own mint.
Ingredients
- 15-20 mint leaves
- 2 cups of water
- Sugar or honey to taste
- Slice of Lemon to serve
Instructions
- Add mint, water and sweetener of choice to a small saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Strain into a tea cup or mug and drop in a slice of lemon.
