Summary: So rich, so yummy, so easy!
Ingredients
- 200g crunchy peanut butter
- 165ml can coconut cream
- 2 tblsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp hot chilli powder (more or less if you wish)
- 1/4 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Whisk everything together and pour over veggies or meat and turn the heat off after 1min or sauce will split (not that it really matter, it still tastes amazing).
- We add extra fresh garlic and ginger to the food rather than the sauce so it has time to cook out a little but it can be added to the sauce if you wish.
