Summary: Perfect for a BBQ, a first course or a meal when served with great bread and a selection of cheeses. The bread in the pic is fig and fennel sourdough. You can cook the prawns yourself or buy them pre cooked.
Ingredients
- 1kg large prawns, cooked & shelled but tail on
- 2 tblsp lemon pepper
- 4 spring onions, chopped
- 1 bunch coriander, chopped
- 1 lemon juice & zest
Instructions
- Layer the prawns with the all the other ingredients, finishing with coriander and spring onion.
