Summary: This number was inspired by a Peanut Butter Parfait I had a local seaside eatery. I am a sucker for peanut butter (as is Mr Ask) so I was right on to recreating it. I was going make something to go with it but it needs nothing (in my opinion). If you are peanut butter freak too check out this and this.
Ingredients
- 1 cup castor sugar
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 cups cream
- 375g jar smooth peanut butter
Instructions
- Whip the milk and sugar together with electric beaters or in a mixer for a couple of mins or until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the cream and peanut butter and beat until combined. It’s fine to have little lumps but you want to get the peanut butter right through. Chill until very cold.
- Pour into an ice cream maker and process to manufactures directions. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, click here.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer for 2-4mths.
