Summary: Ranch dressing is wonderful stuff! You can get it in the supermarket these days or make your own. This recipe is a wonderfully easy and really does jazz up boring potatoes. I could eat these forever and if you make theses you will immediately see why they are an Ask Family fave. I either use a blend of tasty, vintage and parmesan cheeses from my fridge or use a pre grated pizza cheese blend.
Ingredients
- 1kg new potatoes, scrubbed and halved
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 160g grated cheese
- Freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 180C. Place the potatoes in a a saucepan of cold water and bring up to the boil. Boil the potatoes for about 15 mins or until just tender.
- Drain the potatoes and place on a baking tray, cut side up. Squeeze (if using a squeeze bottle) or spoon ranch dressing onto each potato.
- Sprinkle with the mixed cheeses and season with the freshly ground pepper.
- Bake for 25 mins or until cheeses are melty and delicious.
