Summary: Oh my this turned out so much more tasty than planned! I made this for Sister in law Ask and had to make a batch for myself. Sweet and tart and refreshing, I could drink it as a slushie. Two large grapefruit and 4-5 oranges should make the right quantities.
Ingredients
- 400ml fresh ruby grapefruit juice
- 300ml fresh orange juice
- 200ml simple syrup, chilled
Instructions
- Strain the juice and stir in the simple syrup.
- Pour into an ice cream maker and process to manufactures directions. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, click here.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer for 2-4mths.
