Recipe: Spicy Cheese Dip

Summary: Oh so bad but oh so good – and easy!

Ingredients

  • 1 x 250g box Kraft cheese
  • 1 x 200g jar Taco sauce (mild, medium or hot – your call)
  • spring onions
  • corn chips
  • vege sticks

Instructions

  1. Cut the cheese in 1cm cubes and place in a microwave safe container.
  2. Add taco sauce.
  3. Microwave for 2mins at a time, stirring in between.
  4. Stop when the dip is smooth and evenly melted (approx. 6-8mins).
  5. Stir chopped spring onions to taste.
  6. Serve with plain corn chips and vege sticks.

Quick Notes

I am not usually keen on processed cheese (ick!) but it is just right for this recipe, trust me.

I have used Kraft but any processed cheese (usually found on the shelf and not in the fridge) should be fine.
