Summary: Oh so bad but oh so good – and easy!
Ingredients
- 1 x 250g box Kraft cheese
- 1 x 200g jar Taco sauce (mild, medium or hot – your call)
- spring onions
- corn chips
- vege sticks
Instructions
- Cut the cheese in 1cm cubes and place in a microwave safe container.
- Add taco sauce.
- Microwave for 2mins at a time, stirring in between.
- Stop when the dip is smooth and evenly melted (approx. 6-8mins).
- Stir chopped spring onions to taste.
- Serve with plain corn chips and vege sticks.
Quick Notes
I am not usually keen on processed cheese (ick!) but it is just right for this recipe, trust me.
I have used Kraft but any processed cheese (usually found on the shelf and not in the fridge) should be fine.
