Ingredients
- 250g dried Pasta
- Veg or Chicken Stock
- 3 tblsp Garlic olive oil
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 1 handful fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1 handful fresh Basil, chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parmesan
Instructions
- Cook pasta in stock until al dente.
- Mix together oil, lemon juice, herbs, salt and pepper.
- Toss pasta in dressing and serve with Parmesan.
