Summary: This is sauce is absolutely amazing on ice cream, waffles and is great for dipping Donught Holes. This would also make a nice accompaniment to a fruit platter. Crazily simple but I never felt that cooking the sauce added anything.
Ingredients
- 1 (250g) punnet strawberries, hulled
- 3 tblsp icing sugar
Instructions
- Put the strawberries and icing sugar in a blender or food processor.Blend until a smooth puree.
- Makes about 1 cup of sauce.
