Review: Harvest Box (with special offer for YOU inside)!

July 23, 2012

So, when an email from the lovely folks at HarvestBox.com.au hit my desk at Ask Sarah HQ (by which I mean my iPhone whilst I was passenger ing in the car) I was immediately intrigued. You mean you will post out delicious fruit and nut snacks to my home or office, on the day/s I nominate to save me from vending machine hell? Sounds just lovely!
Before deciding to take them up on their offer of a free Harvest Box to try (no brainer, right?) I had a read of there website and found I was suddenly very hungry, for nuts. And fruits. Blended together in glorious combinations.
Hunger aside, here’s what I really like about Harvest Box: they select what you’re gonna get for you. I can hear you thinking, ‘But what if I hate something? Or love something?’. Well, you rate the mixes. If you rate it ‘no thanks’ you never get it again! If you rate it highly, you’ll get it more often. I kinda liked that I didn’t know what was in it till it arrived, I am so,so about cashews but adored the chili, lime cashews in my box. Mr Ask is not keen on rock melon but loved the dried version in the box. See, it’s exciting and as they say at Harvest Box – there’s not enough sweet surprises in life.
What did I think? I wanted to try everything the second I got it in from the mail box but showed admirable restraint and waited for Mr Ask to take a pic. Then we opened all four and found delights like dried cherries and coconut shavings……and it was all gone by the morning. We are piggy eaters with no restraint so you may be able to resist these taste sensations for a little longer. If I still worked in a cavernous, windowless office I would need a constant supply but I think its only right that I get these as a little treat to snack on whilst I sit and write these posts for you all. It’s very much worth a try or ten. Read on for a special deal just for Ask Sarah readers.
So, as per the pic you get 4 individually sealed mixes in each box, mailed to you for the bargain price of $7.95 but you are super lucky to be reading this post, they’ll let you try your first box for $1! That is a crazy deal, so I suggest you get straight to it! Then tell me what you think when you have tried your Harvest Box xxxxx
