Find out more about Pinking Sheers

A range of sheer tinted lip balms and glosses handmade in Australia using natural ingredients. Free of parabens, alcohol and salicylic acid that can dry the lips.

Pinking Sheers are made with simple ingredients – beeswax, grapeseed oil, vitamin E, glycerin, mineral micas and oxides. They provide a sheer veil of colour whilst moisturizing your lips with no flavours, scents or sweeteners.

It all started as part of a quest for a lip balm that didn’t make me look washed out and didn’t have an over powering fruity smell or worse a chemical taste. The original plan was to write a lip balm recipe to post on the Ask Sarah Blog. Of course I wanted to share the lip balm I made with my best friend who has severe allergies (nuts, seeds and coconut among them) so I chose my ingredients with that in mind. The result was just what I was looking for! Those first lip balms were gifted to many friends and family who couldn’t get enough. So it was an easy decision to manufacture Ask Sarah’s Pinking Sheers.

What people are saying about Pinking Sheers

S.Raines said “I got mine and at first glance i thought it must have been a very dark , rich colour that would be over powering. But on application i not only found it went on well, and stayed on. But the colour was so perfect for my skin tone. Like the title suggests- Its mostly sheer, but the hint of colour was devine. It stops me looking washed out, and with the limited time i have to get ready in the morning with my kids, Its really the only thing i need to use besides my moisturiser 🙂 Thanks Sarah!”

S. Smith said “I got mine yesterday and I love them :D”

M. Webster said “I am loving these products, I just got my samples in the mail today. So far apple cor is my favourite, a subtle colour on my dark lips and No Fake Jake is definetly next favourite. I dont think I will be able to buy any other lipstick or lip balm again, I am totally hooked on these lipbalms”

S. Salisbury said “Ill second that- mine arrived a couple of days ago, I think I’m addicted, they feel SO nice & the glosses are nice & subtle with no ridiculous fruity smells ♥ Never been much of a lip gloss/balm kind of person but loving these :o)”

T. Hill said “My lippy arrived today, just used it for the first time and its awesome! My lips feel so soft already 🙂 Thank you!!”

K. Wade said “Just wanted to say thanks for my lip balm the other week. It is a beautiful balm, I love it. :)”
