Summary: This makes a lovely dip too
Ingredients
- 1 bunch chives
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 bunch basil
- 2 tsp (or to taste) capers
- Good pinch cayenne
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 500gm low fat Greek yoghurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Roughly chop the herbs and add the whole lot to the blender.
Quick Notes
This is great over steamed veg or meats. Also great for dieting as it is low fat and full of flavour.
Variations
To make the sauce thicker for a dip add softened cream cheese.
You can also add garlic, chilli or other herbs to make this to your own tastes.
