Summary: The good folks at Chobani sent me some of their delicious yoghurt , OMG have you tried the pineapple one? But they also sent me a pop making set so I could make some frozen yoghurt. This is delicious and simple with only two ingredients. Just the perfect thing for summer. If you don’t have a pop set to freeze yours in, just use a small paper cup or cupcake case like this one. Cover the cup with foil and push a wooden pop stick through the foil (to hold the stick straight) and into the yoghurt.
Ingredients
- 3 (170g) Blueberry Chobani yoghurts
- 3 tblsp Maple syrup
Instructions
- Stir everything together until well mixed.
- Evenly spoon yoghurt into pop moulds or paper cups.
- Freeze for 6-8 hours, or until set
