Summary: This is a very versatile, basic icing that can be used in oh so many ways. You can colour it or leave it plain, you can add esscences to flavour it or 2 tblsp cocoa for chocolate.
Ingredients
- 125g butter, softened
- 250g icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla (or other essence)
- 2 tblsp milk
Instructions
- With electric beaters or a mixer beat all ingredients together for 10 mins till fluffy. Yes, it takes a while but it’s really worth it.
