Recipe: Pancake Stack Shot

Summary: Perfect for those with a sweet tooth, this shot has all the yumminess of pancakes with an alcoholic hit – what’s not to love!

Ingredients

  • 30ml Frangelico
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • Castor sugar, for dusting the rim of the glass
  • Lemon slice to garnish

Instructions

  1. Dampen the rim of the shot glass and dip in castor sugar.
  2. Pour in the Frangelico and then the maple syrup.
  3. Garnish with the lemon slice and ENJOY the weekend xx
