Summary: This is one of this simple but delish things that you can make moments before a friend arrives or use to spark up a boring sandwich. I love it with celery sticks and fresh rye bread. Mr Ask puts it in his chicken salad pitas and homemade yiros. This is just one of those things that just gets eaten!
Ingredients
- 1 (400g) tin butter or cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tblsp garlic olive oil
- 1 handful fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 tblsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- generous pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the work bowl of a food processor.
- Pulse until the mixture is well blended.
- Season with additional salt and pepper, to taste.
