Summary: This was inspired by a much better drink I had at Eden but this is tasty and pretty. The egg white keeps it so crazy foamy but omit it if you wish.
Ingredients
- 60ml gin or vodka
- 30ml blueberry or raspberry puree, sieved
- 10ml lavender syrup or elderflower cordial
- 1 egg white (optional)
- Fizzy lemonade
Instructions
- Add the gin/vodka, berry puree, syrup or cordial and egg white to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass, top with lemonade and ENJOY the weekend!!!!
