Summary: Don’t be put off by the list of ingredients, this dressing is so simple. It is lovely and creamy with a vinaigrette vibe. It’s quite light for a creamy dressing and you can certainly use low or no fat yoghurt.
Ingredients
- 200ml Greek or natural yoghurt
- 100ml apple cider vinegar
- 1 tblsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tblsp sugar
- 2 spring onions, chopped
Instructions
- To make the dressing, add everything to a blender or food processor or just whisk it!
