Summary: I adore both pears and Parmesan so this is on the favorites list. Not to mention how quick and easy it is!
Ingredients
- 200g salad leaves
- 100g good quality Parmesan
- 1 pear
- Good fruity olive oil
- Pepper
Instructions
- Add the salad leaves to a salad bowl.
- Core the pear and cut into slices or chunks, whatever you prefer and add to leaves.
- Use the tip of you knife to break the cheese into shards and add to salad.
- Sprinkle with pepper & drizzle with oil.
