Summary: A French classic!
Ingredients
- 4 onions, sliced
- 1 tsp fresh thyme (or 1/2 tsp fresh)
- 2 tblsp garlic olive oil
- 10 anchovy fillets
- 20 black olives, pitted
- 60g soft goat cheese (or cream cheese cubes)
Instructions
- Add the garlic olive oil to a pan and slowly simmer onions with the thyme until they are soft and starting to colour. Allow to cool a little and add to pizza base (recipe for pizza dough posted here).
- Arrange anchovies, olives and cheese on top of onions.
- Bake for 15 – 20 mins or until bubbly on top.
