Summary: These delicious chocolate pots are a cooked take on chocolate mousse. I am kinda grossed out by uncooked egg so thought I’d try this idea and it not only worked, it’s amazing!
Ingredients
- 170g dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 200ml cream
- 1 egg
- 3 tblsp castor sugar
Instructions
- Add all ingredients, except the cream, to the bowl of an upright mixer (or you could use a bowl and electric beaters). Stir to combine
- Microwave the cream until it boils. Pour the cream into the bowl of the mixer in a thin stream while the machine is running. Continue to beat for around 2 minutes or until chocolate is completely melted and egg is cooked.
- Pour into four ramekins and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Serves 4
