Ingredients
- 4 big pieces of gravy beef.
- 1 litre beef stock.
- flour
- salt & pepper.
- Few sprigs of fresh Thyme
- small bunch of parsley
- 2 carrots, roughly chopped
- 2 celery stalks, roughly chopped
- 1 bok choy, , roughly chopped
- 3 large potatoes, roughly chopped
- 1/2 leek, roughly chopped
- 6 pieces of pumpkin, roughly chopped
- 1 cup of beans
- 1 tblsp of tomato paste
- 2 bay leaves
Instructions
- Cube gray beef, coat in flour add to slow cooker.
- Pour in stock to cover. If you need more stock add more or little water after adding veggies in.
- Season with salt and pepper, add tomato paste, bay leaves, vegetables and herbs to slow cooker.
- Cook on high for about 6 hours or until cooked through.
