Tip: Slice that Pie!

I have a lovely pie dish that rarely gets used because of it’s curvy sides. It can be really hard to maneuver a straight knife to slice your pie. But I was visiting my wonderful inlaws over the weekend and saw that they’d made a quiche in a curved Pyrex pie dish and wondered how they’d slice it. Amazingly, they cut it with a pizza cutter! It worked perfectly. My mind was blown! So, next time you need to cut in a curvy dish, use a pizza cutter.
