Summary: Mr Asks current fave! Lucky it’s so quick and easy
Ingredients
- 250gm (1 pkt) softened cream cheese
- 395gm (1 tin) sweetened condensed milk
- 100gm dark chocolate chopped or use buttons that melt
- 1 pkt Oreos
Instructions
- Line a muffin pan with paper patty pans.
- Place half an Oreo, cream side up (not every one will retain bits of cream) in each patty pan. Makes 16-18 depending on how much you eat on the way!
- Beat the cream cheese till very smooth. Add condensed milk and beat until will combined. Melt the chocolate, I microwave it for 10 secs at a time till melted, and add to cheese mix.
- Beat till everything is well combined.
- Spoon into patty pans and put in the fridge to set for at least 3hrs and freeze for 30-60 mins before serving.
Quick Notes
This could also be made as a full size cheescake.
Variations
Add some choc chips before putting into patty pans for a double choc cheesecake.

Could you blend the oreos then flatten into the bottom of each or would this not hold?
You could certainly do that with an individual or full size mould but I feel that you may struggle to get it packed into a patty pan xx
