Summary: I know, this is Cocktail Friday. Not quite a cocktail but not everyone finishes the week with a wee drinkie, even if I do! This is perfect for an on the go breakfast, snack or dessert. I used fresh blackberries, blueberries and strawberries because they are cheap right now but you can use whatever you like. Of course frozen is fine too. I used unsweetened almond milk, feel free to use whichever milk you like.
Ingredients
- 1 cup berries
- 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- Maple or agave syrup, to taste
Instructions
- Throw everything in the blender and blend till smooth.
- Clean up the lazy way and ENJOY the weekend!!!!
